and with UV printing on top base, with one adapter to on/off LCD

e. sample cost: $100/pc ( sample cost will be refundable after full order 500pcs confirmed).
f. safely packing: 1into polybag+ 2.5cm EVA foam+carton box

g: full production: if within 200pcs, the leadtime is about 15-18 working days;
if 500pcs, the lead time is 18-20 working days;

Disposable E Liquid Tank display all are made by acrylic, 3mm milky white for top base and 3mm solid white acrylic for other parts. The overall size for the display is W13.77"x D9.05"x H11.02"(W350*D230*H280mm). There is on base to hold products, this display mainly to promote your products at mall, store or exhibition. With white LED lights on all top base( LED strip is around the base from left to right, top to bottom), with UV printing on all base surface, the LED lights can get through acrylic panel. with one 8" LCD screen on top left one, The LCD screen will be inserted into back all box and all are invisible. also with LED lights for the top right letters. We will offer you one adapter to connect power. For LED lights, we also can make RGB lights for you if you like. For the RGB lights, will offer you remote control and you can adjust the light by remote control. Now we also create one new LED lights and control light colors by APP on your phone. there are different lights patterns, also with music effect. But this LED lights price will be higher then common LED strips. The corners are all made by hot bending and can avoid get scratched. This design is hot sale to USA, Canada, Europe etc.
For the top logo, the logo effect is embossed. For LED logo, usually we have 3 options, first is embossed effect, for this making way, we will cut through black acrylic first and then add one piece acrylic inside, then LED lights will be glued to interior white acrylic. 2nd is that the logo with 3D raised effect, for this making way, we will use thicker white acrylic ( 5mm or 8mm), 3rd is that the logo can keep flat with surface. For the 2nd & 3rd logo making way, the price will be higher than the 1st, as you know we have to laser cut each letters first and then insert each letter into black holes. While there will be some material tolerance when cutting, some will be little loose or little tight, this making way will cost more time and the labor cost will be higher. if client don't have special request for logos, we suggest them choose the 1st option.
Also there is only one face that with LED lights ( the front side that face to client). Some client would like to add 2 holes on the back and can be wall mounted to save the sapce.

3. Safely packing
a. Retail online selling, we will do individual packing with 2cm EVA foam on 2 sides( left and right). we can pass 1 feet drop testing. you don't worry about the transportation.
b. Bulk Hall selling, to down the packing cost and shipping cost ( ship by full container), we can do bulk packing by one master carton box. In this packing way, it can help you save a lot space and save packing cost and shipping cost.
c. Big and heavy displays, we can pack it by thicker EVA foam with honeycomb carton box. or we can pack them by pallets to make sure safe during transportation.

yes. we can custom one sample for your checking first before full production.

yes, As manufacturer and we accept OEM/ODM. Also we have professional design team do free 3D drawings for
your checking first. Once all details confirmed, we will start the samples.
3. Sample time and production time?
If without LED light, it needs 3 days to make samples.
If with LED lights, it needs 5 days to make samples.
Full production time: 200pcs needs about 15-18 days to make; 500pcs needs about 18-20 days to make.
4. Can i add my company logo onto products?
Yes, we can custom logo for you. You just need offer us PDF or AI form artwork and then we can do printing for you.
