Cbd E Liquid Kit Display case all are made by acrylic, 3mm glossy black acrylic for hot bending frame ( both outer frame and interior frame), front and back , 3mm milky white acrylic for shelves and front boarder. The overall size for the display is W19.68"x D7.4"x H 23.4" (500W*190D*595Hmm) , totally 4 shelves and each shelf height is around 130mm, with white LED lights for all 3 shelves and with RGB lights for front boarder and top logo. For the top smaller logo, it's made by silk screen printing. For the shelve white LED lights, we will add LED strips all around the shelf ( from left to right, from top to bottom). so the it's very shining and can illuminta your products well. For the outer front RGB lights, will offer you remote control and you can adjust the light by remote control. Now we also create one new LED lights and control light colors by APP on your phone. there are different lights patterns, also with music effect. But this LED lights price will be higher then common LED strips.
The shelves are open for client to access products, no lockable door, if you want to add the door, we can add it for you. The shelves are flat and without dividers, if you want to add the dividers, we can add it for you. Most client choosing adding dividers and then your packages or products can stand better. Also dividers can help you separate different products for you. as e-cigarette have different flavors, if with dividers, you can put one flavor for each slot. For the slot width, we can adjust the slot width according to your package size. Also from front views, we can add one more space to promote your products and then your products can stand well. Also for the shevles, if you want to add the spring pushers, yes, no problem, we can add it for you. If with pushers, it's more convenient for client to access your products. About the acrylic color,we have different acrylic colors, such as white, clear, neon red, orange. following are different colors for your choose.
The outer frame is made by hot bending and can avoid get scratched. This design is hot sale to USA, Canada, Europe etc. For the top logo, the logo effect is embossed. For LED logo, usually we have 3 options, first is embossed effect, for this making way, we will cut through black acrylic first and then add one piece acrylic inside, then LED lights will be glued to interior white acrylic. 2nd is that the logo with 3D raised effect, for this making way, we will use thicker white acrylic ( 5mm or 8mm), 3rd is that the logo can keep flat with surface. For the 2nd & 3rd logo making way, the price will be higher than the 1st, as you know we have to laser cut each letters first and then insert each letter into black holes. While there will be some material tolerance when cutting, some will be little loose or little tight, this making way will cost more time and the labor cost will be higher. if client don't have special request for logos, we suggest them choose the 1st option.
Also there is only one face that with LED lights ( the front side that face to client). Some client would like to add 2 holes on the back and can be wall mounted to save the sapce.

a. Retail online selling, we will do individual packing with 2cm EVA foam on 2 sides( left and right). we can pass 1 feet drop testing. you don't worry about the transportation.
b. Bulk Hall selling, to down the packing cost and shipping cost ( ship by full container), we can do bulk packing by one master carton box. In this packing way, it can help you save a lot space and save packing cost and shipping cost.
c. Big and heavy displays, we can pack it by thicker EVA foam with honeycomb carton box. or we can pack them by pallets to make sure safe during transportation.
