The cartridge vape battery display design is my customer Loon Vape and I found. Loon Vape have cooperated with us since 2008, their vapes products from Baoan, Shenzhen, the all displays from us. I remembered he came to China and invited me to the restaurant that close to his hotel. We talked our business status, growing trend. And he metioned because he always attend many show every year, and vape products change repidlly, so he need a simple but good look display to show his new products at the show. But he said the display size can not be too large, he prefer folding design. If he attend the show to other countries, he can put the display into the suitcase, that will not occupy much space, and it will be more convenient for him to take and check-in. The important thing is the display is for advertising or exhitibion, so even it is simple and it need be dazzling, because only brilliant display can attract clients, that means the display need come with LED light.

To tell the truth, as we know, the acrylic material display is hard, can not be folded, because this material withtout flexibility. We have production experience to make the display is disassembled, the cartridge vape battery display will be divided into many acrylic plate, then the customer need use screws to build. That is not a best choice for our customer, because he fly everywhere to attend show, if lost one screw, the display can no be one set and it can not be used for his new products showing.

So when we finished the discussion, I came back to office and talked with our designer, we have no idea first, because our thinking was limited on acrylic material unfoldable. But in our discussion, our colleague was taking pictures for a new photo frame sample, we got idea from that, becasue the photo frame back with a acrylic piece as foot, the acrylic foot with photo frame with hinge, that will let the photo frame is flat pack. That design is really convenient for our customer, so we made drawing and show him. Yes, he accept that idea never hesitated.

Now this cartridge vape battery display, we can see it comes with 6 slots for disposable or vape battery, the clients can take and try and test easily. The bottom part with logo printed, the logo we engraved out, then glue on the display, the back we installed LED stripes, so the protruded logo is light up, the brilliant logo will let clients can not igore your brand, then choose your products.
