4. Punching: According to the needs, some acrylic display racks have small round holes in the processing, and the punching process is used in this step;
5. Polishing: After cutting, laser, and punching, the edges are roughened, which is easy to scratch the hand. Therefore, the polishing process is adopted. Polishing is also divided into cloth wheel polishing and fire polishing. It is necessary to choose the opposite polishing form according to the product;
6. Tear-off paper: The tear-off process is a step backwards after the silk screen printing and hot bending process, so the acrylic sheet will have a layer of cover paper after leaving the factory. Be sure to tear off the sticker pasted under the acrylic sheet before silk screen printing and hot bending.
7. Silk screen: general acrylic display stands are designed to promote products, and the company's brand and slogan can be screen printed on the acrylic board;
8. Hot bending: Hot bending can form various shapes of acrylic sheets, which can be divided into local hot bending and overall hot bending;
9. Bonding and packaging: These two steps are the last two steps in the processing process of the acrylic display stand, which realizes the assembly of the entire acrylic display stand and the packaging before leaving the factory.
